    fluoroelastomer
  • A fluoroelastomer is a special purpose fluorocarbon-based synthetic rubber. It has wide chemical resistance and superior performance, especially in high temperature application in different media.

  • Elastomeric polymer consisting of fluorine containing monomers.

    o rings
  • An O-ring, also known as a packing, or a toric joint, is a mechanical gasket in the shape of a torus; it is a loop of elastomer with a disc-shaped cross-section, designed to be seated in a groove and compressed during assembly between two or more parts, creating a seal at the interface.

  • are generally used as dynamic seals for shafts and are available in many different sizes and materials.

  • A gasket in the form of a ring with a circular cross section, typically made of pliable material, used to seal connections in pipes, tubes, etc

  • A small plastic piece, shaped like a donut, which is used to hold the arch wires in the brackets on your teeth.

-315 Viton O-Ring, 75A Durometer, Black, 13/16" ID, 1-3/16" OD, 3/16" Width (Pack of 25)

-315 Viton O-Ring, 75A Durometer, Black, 13/16

This Viton O-ring is black in color, round in shape, has a durometer (hardness) of 75A, and is designed for use in a wide variety of sealing applications.
Viton has excellent heat, fuel, and chemical resistance. Viton is acceptable for temperature applications between -15 degrees F (-26 degrees C) to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C). It is compatible for use with non-flammable hydraulic fuels, silicone oil, chlorinated hydrocarbons (trichlorethylene), fuels, aromatic hydrocarbons (benzene) and aliphatic hydrocarbons (propane), as well as high vacuum environments, ozone, and weathering. Viton is vulnerable to low molecular organic acids, ammonia gas, alkalis, amines, glycol-based brake fluids, and super-heated steam.
This Viton O-ring has a shore durometer of 75A. Shore durometer is the hardness of a material, and its resistance to permanent indentation. A higher durometer value indicates greater resistance to indentation on a scale of 0 to 100, with 100 indicating no indentation.
O-rings commonly provide a pressure and fluid seal between cylindrically shaped, overlapping mating surfaces and are commonly seen in engines, faucets, flanges, valves and various cylinders. They are circular in shape, with a round cross section and a hole in the center, similar to a doughnut. O-rings are available in various sizes, and can be ordered based on required nominal inside diameter (ID), outer diameter (OD), and cross-sectional (CS) diameter.
This Viton O-ring meets standards defined by Aerospace Standard AS568A, which is the Aerospace Size Standard for O-rings.

Tower-O-Rings

Tower-O-Rings

Scrumptious, golden breaded onion rings (really very well executed) served with a duo of dipping sauces. We sampled Chipotle Ketchup, Chipotle Mayo, Sweet 'N Spicy (pineapple based) and Tzatziki Chill.

Each The Works donates all the proceeds from every order to a select community charity or organization. i.e. in Kanata the proceeds are donated to the Kanata Food Cupboard, while Westboro donates to their West-fest (arts).

"Tower-O-Rings - not just excellent, but simply the best dang O-Rings this side of Carlsbad Springs - they're breaded not battered for that big crispy crunch !! the rings are hot, the towers are cool, and now you've gotta choose 2 Dipsticks for dippin' " $9.41

Ring o' Bells, Marple, Greater Manchester, Sue Clarke & Enid Blyton's book

Everyone has heard of Dorothy Sayers' book "The Nine Taylors" which deals with bell ringing but nobody seems to have heard of Enid Blyton's book "The Ring o' Bells Mystery". What does it deal with?

Sue Clarke is the landlady of the Ring o' Bells, Marple.
