I've wanted to try this shot for a long time, so what better day to give it a whirl than good old St Valentines Day!
No Photoshopping involved - just my Wedding Ring with the tiniest bit of Blue tack on it, placed on an open book, and lit from an angle behind. The shadow on the curved book gives a perfect heart shape.

I recently bought these rings because.. Just for fun? I'm a ring person? haha. I thought they were pretty neat :)
Reminds me of a chinese drama I just finished watching.. called "The Seventh Day". In it, the girl talks about how 4 rings are given during the course of a relationship; 1 for when the guy is going for the girl, 1 for when they're in a relationship, 1 for engagement and the last one would be the wedding ring :) soo cute!
